How do I restore purchases?
Open the app and use Restore Purchases (on the paywall or in Settings). You will not be charged again.
Alarms didn’t sound. What should I check?
- Ensure the app has permission to schedule alarms/notifications.
- Low Power Mode or Focus modes can affect timing; AlarmKit alerts should still break through, but double-check device settings.
- If an alarm was edited very close to its fire time, re-arm it.
How do I turn off Live Activities?
iOS Settings → Notifications → Live Activities.
Deleting my data
Delete the app to remove local data. If you emailed us and want those emails deleted, just ask.
